Somatic release breathwork- Online 17/10/22 11am-12:30pm

Somatic release breathwork is designed to allow you to stimulate the nervous systems allowing for regulation and release. The session is split into two halves. In the first half we stimulate the sympathetic nervous system allowing for the release and in the second half we stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system allowing for integration allowing a state of deep relaxation.
